State College, PA (WJAC) UPDATE | Authorities with Penn State University have identified the 21-year-old student who died this past weekend from what investigators described as "excessive drinking."

The awards, announced Thursday, are organized by the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association after a merger this year with the Pennsylvania Associated Press Managing Editors awards.
