Lakemont Park's Holiday Lights on the Lake to open Friday

ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) An annual Blair County holiday display featuring thousands of lights is set to open this week. The 23rd annual Holiday Lights on the Lake at Lakemont Park will open Friday, the park announced Monday.
