Centre Co., PA (WJAC) The popular convenience store chain Wawa is planning to open a new location in Centre County, according to an official in Benner Township. The official says that while the company's plans are still in their infancy, they will be discussed at Monday night's supervisors meeting.

The Westmont Borough Council voted Tuesday night to amend their fencing and temporary signage ordinance that caused some controversy last August. They voted unanimously to allow five signs per residential property for a maximum of 30 days.
