Sheetz employee accused of stealing over $17K worth of lottery tickets

MEYERSDALE, Pa. (WJAC) Meyersdale police say a woman stole more than $17,000 worth of lottery tickets from a Sheetz where she worked. According to a criminal complaint, 37-year-old Cheryl Delawder was confronted by her manager after she was seen on video taking tickets from the lottery machines.

Truck driver gets only traffic citations for Route 22 crash that killed 2, records show

EBENSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) The driver of a coal truck that ran a red light on Route 22 near Ebensburg and killed two people is only facing traffic citations, court records show. Leonard Hite, 70, was cited for careless driving resulting in death and running a red light.
